We currently hold and manage a portfolio of 247 apartments and residential properties across the UK, all operated in-house under a fixed, structured management service. We hold head leases on every unit for a minimum term of five years and manage entire residential blocks to maintain consistent standards across every property.
Through long-standing partnerships with housing providers and developers, we provide investors with access to a consistent and growing pipeline of high-quality, predominantly new-build apartments and houses nationwide.

Handover Service
We secure and prepare the unit to an agreed specification — the majority of our stock being new-build apartments — onboard you as a client and provide you with a 24-month lease. You retain full operational control and benefit from 100% of the upside.
Full Service Management
A fully hands-off option where SALUS Living secures, prepares and manages the unit end-to-end. You receive client portal access to monitor performance and a monthly dividend generated from the unit’s profits for the full 24-month lease term.
